This is a two part answer. Depending upon where you want to show your reviews.
If you are on your own site, then yes. Our system pulls external reviews, and allows you to view reviews based upon how many stars they gave you on that site. We usually specify to pull all 4 and 5 star reviews.
As for on the external site, such as Facebook, Google, Yelp, etc – the answer is no. You cannot specify that people can only show positive reviews. Only the company can choose to show or hide reviews.
However, by constantly adding new reviews, any bad reviews get pushed down and harder to find. Plus, an occasion bad review, when surrounded by good reviews, doesn’t seem to affect potential buyers. They understand that everyone has a bad day. And therefore they are forgiving as long as they don’t see a trend of them, or a lot of bad reviews.
Our system is designed to help you get more good reviews, and by doing so, make sure you can have lots of good reviews.
