Most review sites care about getting reviews, not you. It maybe harsh, but it’s true.

If course, be careful with how you respond. You don’t want to appear to be snarky, or condescending. Remember that tone doesn’t convey well online.
Second, you will want to have plenty of good reviews that can help overcome the bad review or reviews. Everyone knows that sometimes you have a bad day. If they see a one or two star review, but have lots of 4 and 5 star reviews, then they will generally give you a pass for the occasional bad review.
